Rules & Engagement Guidelines
1. KICTF{th1s_1s_4_fl4g!}. Any other format is invalid.
2. Team Size – Maximun 4 members per team to qualify for prizes.
3. Registration – Evenry team member must have paid the registration for Cyber Conclave to be eligible for participation.
4. No External Collaboration – Teams must work independently. Sharing or hoarding flags is prohibited.
5. No Brute-Forcing – Brute-force attacks on challenges or servers are not allowed unless explicitly mentioned.
6. No DDoS or Attacks on Infrastructure – Any attempt to disrupt the event will result in immediate disqualification.
7. Respect & Fair Play – Harassment or toxic behaviour will not be tolerated. Treat all participants with respect.
8. No Flag Sharing – Posting or sharing flags publicly is strictly prohibited.
9. No Unauthorized Tools – Use of pirated software or unauthorized hacking tools is not allowed.
10. No Write-Ups Until Event Ends – Do not publish challenge solutions or write-ups until after the competition.
11. No Unauthorized Promotions – Advertising other events or Discord servers requires admin approval.
12. Final Decisions by Admins – In case of disputes, admins’ decisions are final.
